CLIENT
- PassportCard is an international health insurance provider that allows the member to pay directly to any medical provider of their choice using the debit card that is directly linked to the insurer’s money. Services also include a 24/7 support center managed in-house from Hamburg. The company is a member of the White groupmountains (NYSE: WTM) and is Allianz’s leading collaborative partner worldwide.

OBJECTIVE
- Achieve an average of 8 pieces per month, meaning 24 in the first 3 months.
- These include an average of 2 featured and prominent pieces of coverage per month in key top-tier media. (TIER 1)
- The results that we committed to achieving in the first 3 months would allow us to create a clipping suitable to join the company’s organic expansion actions in our country during the following months, with the aim of completing it before August 2023.
STRATEGY
- Creation of texts (press releases and others) for journalists who will use them as sources of objective information. We will present the company’s key messages to the media. More specifically, our proposed public relations and communications plan will include the following monthly activities:
- Emission of, at least, one press release per month.
- Monitoring and contacts with journalists.
- Proactive exploration (pitching) of opportunities for interviews, opinion columns, reports, etc.
- All the writing necessary for additional articles such as opinion columns, interviews, statements, etc.
- Contact the media to inform them of upcoming releases and detect and take advantage of editorial opportunities.”Newsjacking“, monitor the media and use current news as opportunities to post customer comments on hot topics, trends, industry issues, etc.
- Frequent contact with the media: response to media questions about the client and their products, search for new opportunities in the media, selection of new media, etc. We will proactively seek new coverage across all targeted media outlets such as lifestyle, insurance, business, HR, health, etc.

CONCLUSION
- Facilitate, after only 3 months of landing in Spain, a solid base of knowledge of the company among the media.
- Through the technique“Thought leadership”consolidate the company as a leader in its market by demonstrating its knowledge, ideas and opinion as well as the importance of its products
- Management and exploitation of the available data to find attractive and publishable content, not only for the specialized press but also for the general press. Which has allowed us a total of 93 impacts in all types of media.
