CM Group is a multinational MarTech company (marketing and technology) focused on multichannel campaigns management and marketing via email. Their solutions are designed for companies of all kind of sizes and sectors. They provide to industries the technology and expertise needed to improve the relationships that grow their business, such as customer acquisition and their engagement.

OBJECTIVE
CM Group, whose majority shareholder is Insight Partners, purchased Selligent Marketing Cloud, the organization’s fifth acquisition in 24 months. This acquisition further extended CM Group’s leadership as the largest family of multichannel marketing and email marketing companies worldwide.
The company sought, through a communication strategy, to give the highest visibility to the acquisition but also to the brand in general.
STRATEGY
From 121PR, we managed a thought leadership campaign for CM Group in Spain and Portugal, with the aim of positioning the company as the largest family of multichannel marketing and email marketing companies worldwide.
ACTIONS
Starting with the announcement of the acquisition of Selligent, various works were carried out before and after the acquisition:
